Our Role 

 Due to our company’s continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Team as we go through our exciting trajectory. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in our growth and market expansion efforts. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new sales opportunities and nurture them into potential customers. 

Key Aspects of our Role   

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and source new sales opportunities through various channels, including outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and inbound lead management to hit growth targets. Engage potential customers and educate them about our products and services, generating interest and excitement about our solutions. 
  • Qualification and Outreach: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and budget constraints, ensuring that potential opportunities align with our offerings. Initiate outbound outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, and social selling, to introduce our products and schedule meetings for our sales team. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and tracking leads, opportunities, and account activity. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and maintain communication with leads at all stages of the sales process. 
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. Continuously expand your knowledge and understanding of our target markets, competitors, and customer personas. 
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates to the Head of Sales. Utilise data-driven insights to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation tactics. 

  Our Required Skills 

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. 
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. 
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of leads. 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and sales automation software. 
  • A passion for learning, adaptability, and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
